Disclosures
The Firm does not share, rent, sell or disclose personally
or nonpersonally identifiable information to third parties,
except where necessary in order to fulfill a specific
request from an individual, and in that instance would
not disclose personally identifiable information for
any unrelated purposes. Occasionally, the Firm co-sponsors
events with third parties and may share attendee lists
for purposes of the event. In this instance a separate
privacy statement will be made available.

for the privacy practices or the content of such Web

Non-personally Identifiable Information
The Firm may obtain second-level domain information
and, in some instances, IP addresses, regarding visitors
to the site, but does not collect or maintain personally
identifiable information. The site uses cookies to track
site traffic only; cookies do not track personally identifiable
information. Use of Personally Identifiable Information
The Firm does not collect personally identifiable information
about visitors except when specifically and knowingly
provided by such individuals. Currently, the site collects
personal information (e.g., name, company, address,
phone and e-mail addresses) from visitors who voluntarily
submit a feedback/inquiry form, send electronic mail
to the Firm, register for events, subscribe to newsletters
or submit resumes through the site. Personal information
collected through this web site is saved in the Firm’s
contact database where it may be combined with pre-existing
contact information in the database.
Personal information is used by the Firm to send individuals
requested newsletters, event notices and announcements.
Individuals may be removed from the Firm’s e-mail
or mail list at any time by sending an e-mail message
to info@sciarrionlaw.com. The e-mail subject line should
read “Remove” and the message should include
individual’s name, and e-mail address.
This statement does not address information obtained
offline through events such as seminars or attoney’s
